    NOTE: After the RÖHM coup [night of long knives 30 JUNE to 2 JULY 1934], HIMMLER replaced the SA order of honour for the SS in NOVEMBER 1935 with

    It sometimes happens that a court finds a man guilty of murder when he's really only a culpable homicide. It's sufficient if the accused has
    once, in bravado, threatened to kill the other man. Then at once people
    wish to interpret the act as the execution of a well-considered plan.
    What would happen if all those who have offered threats of this sort, in
    the country areas, were regarded as murderers?

    In such cases, and when I see that the accused is a decent lad, I wink

    some time, it becomes conditional liberation.

    Who, in Germany, is allowed to see justice done for himself, even on a
    point of honour? I don't see that honour is the privilege of a caste. If

    A Cybertruck driver also pulled up outside the Trump International Hotel
    Las Vegas on Wednesday morning before the vehicle burst into flames,
    killing the driver and injuring others nearby.

    The driver has been identified as MATTHEW LIVELSBERGER, an Army remote
    and autonomous systems manager.

    Investigators have no proof that the attacks were linked, but both
    vehicles were rented using the app Turo.

    “The crime rate in our country is at a level that nobody has ever seen before. Our hearts are with all of the innocent victims and their loved
    ones, including the brave officers of the New Orleans Police
    Department,” Trump wrote on Truth Social after the New Orleans attack.
