    I had a couple of queries after receiving my licence renewal notice.

    I filled in their web form and sent it off. Got an email asking what my
    query was. Replied saying it was on the web form. They said "We're unable
    to deal with your request as you haven't supplied sufficient information."
    and asked me to 'phone them.

    I was going to ask if they were idiots to deal with but it seems
    self-evident.

    Actually I've always found them helpful on the phone. I get the blind
    discount and now I get the licence on a cd audio disc for nothing extra. I'm relatively happy.
