Ever since a software update just after Christmas, Alexa in the tv has been flaky. You tell it channel 10, it says tuning to 10, and then leaves it
where it is, a couple of days later its back working again, then it goes off again.
Also some skills behave oddly, so for instance a skill called Mushroom
escape on a normal Alexa works then you enable the skill with a lady
enable mushroom fm skill
there after saying a lady play mushoom fm works.
On the tv onley th e enable bit will play the station as if it forgets when
a skill is enabled.

Why do companies fix a problem and apparently creat several more?

Its now saying cannot connect to samsung, which is bonkers as it is in the bloody set and is only just over a year old. So you cannot even open the settings now, it just says cannot find that or other similarly useless
things.
Bah humbug. I feel a hardware reset coming on.
