• camera falling over?

    From J. P. Gilliver@21:1/5 to All on Tue Jul 2 14:25:14 2024
Just (14:15 or so) saw Sir Geoffrey Cox being interviewed on the news
    channel.

At first, I thought he was at an amusing angle: I'd say at least 10-15
degrees to (my) left of vertical. His face was at that angle, and his
right (left as I look) shoulder was very much lower than the other one.
I assumed the camera was leaning rather! The background image (palace of Westminster, with the clock tower, and a crane) was straight, but that
    could well be inserted.

But at times during the interview, his face became vertical, though did
not remain so; I wondered if he'd caught sight of a monitor (or his own
image on his screen, or similar) and attempted to correct for the tilt
(though his shoulder line remained sloping). I didn't see any transition (gradual change), but the interview kept switching between him, the interviewer, and split screen, so I might have missed any such.

I think he was just leaning over, at the end of the interview he
actually leaned the other way, backdrop definitely inserted digitally.
