    Perhaps they were moving services back (finally !) from the temp mast,
    to the tower (or had that already happened ?)

    Forgot to pay the bill?
    In the old days if it was planned work, they would be trailing it for days,
    at least on the main channels. I used to enjoy watching the transmitter news when we did not have all day and all night crap programs repeated over and over.
