    Multi phase disposal programme due to the reorganistion of the archive facilities 2022 to 2024 Over 500 lots of High Quality Broadcast Equipment


    Looks to be lots of old stuff - reel to reel, telecine etc.

    That auction house seems to be the preferred outlet for ex BBC kit - they
    have regular sales.

    There are a few good quality reel to reel recorders in the auction, but
    as it's an auction, the won't be known until the virtual hammer goes down.

    Then you've got to get to Aunby which is in the middle of nowhere in
    Lincs..

    It's also easier for me to get to than a London or Cardiff Venue.

    Yes did that an HP audio test set, things full of large boards with lots
    of old world chips therein.

    Bought another and thats fine but a good high spec soundcard will do
    just as well these days..

    It's also easier for me to get to than a London or Cardiff Venue.


    Mind you if you do get to Aunby there is an odd landmark just down the
    line near there:-)..

    Is this stuff also from the old Record library. Is that still in existence, including the phonograph cylinder player with the custom made Goldring Cartridge?
