    Some cyclists pay £££ to have a rear-facing radar on their bicycles in part so they can detect speeding motor vehicles and also their distance behind. Various forms of readout are available.

    BRILLIANT IDEA!:

    Fit one of these radars to the front of the bicycle.

    When e.g. the tone in the cyclist’s aero ear-buds beeps, there’s a crash in prospect and the cyclist can choose to look up and see what he’s going to crash into!

    What’s not to like???
