    He isn’t charged with being on the wrong side of the road:

    “Clifton has been charged with riding a cycle on a road without due care
    and attention after officers claimed he could 'pose a danger to other road users'”

    …he’s charged with DCA… for being a danger to others.

    More of this kind of police action, please.

    And this comes at a time when cyclists are lauding the installation of AI cameras to catch motorists.

    Oh…the biter bit…:-)

    Imagine a car driver using the defence “I drove on the wrong side of the
    road because there was no marking.”
