I have only heard that phrase when explaining to thickos as to why cyclists are not subject to speed limits.
QUOTE: In law, a bicycle is defined as a carriage for use on the highway, but cyclists are not in charge of 'mechanically propelled' vehicles so, in law, do not have to adhere to exactly the same rules as motorists, including 'drink drive' rules.ENDS
You are absolutely useless at plain English, aren't you?
A set of pedals attached to a cog which drives another cog via a chain
is a machine (look up the definition of the word - if you household
runs to a dictionary). The whole chav-cycle is also a machine with which
to gain mechanical advantage (you could also look that up and check
whether it requires a fuel-powered engine other than a life-form (or
even a low-life-form such as a chav-cyclist; hint: it doesn't).
And we are already well aware of your total disdain for the rules of the
road - including but not limited to those relating to the consumption of copious amounts of alcohol - when you are riding your chav-bike.
You have even admitted it (here), boasting that you rode your chav-bike
home from a pub whilst intoxicated.
