Got one of those £25 SDR dongles and connected it to the first IF on my ICOM 7100 to get quite a neat "panadapter" bandscope display. Omni-rig interfaces with 7100 via CAT and SDR Console displays the SDR output, tracking the freq of the rig from Omni-
rig after shifting it up 124.487Mhz for the SDR.
Hardest bit was soldering the 5pF cap into the correct via on the PCB. My eyes aren't as good as they used to be. Here are the results:-
