I don't which one this is but BigClive did a second video where he tried
to set fire to the socket components and found that the plastic was self extinguishing.
He assumed that the failure mechanism was it caught fire.
It's actually being recalled because it could (minor) burn the finger of
the user switching it on or off when the socket is loaded. There is a
flashover for milliseconds that presumable exits the gap between the
switch and the panel in which the switch is mounted.
