I need to replace one (the bare faceplate), and in the process might replace the other 2 with something compatible. As it is, I can't even work out how to get the cover off . . .
But you have clearly *got* the covers off. !!
Really you can probably get replacement units that will slot onto that
base or if that proves impossible just connect to a completely new unit.
The wiring is standard IIRC - I installed mine so long ago I've
forgotten - in that it is live, neutral, earth, and a line
interconnecting them all that ensures they all go off at once. I used
3 phase plus earth cable to link mine up.
I think what you have is 'EN 14604 Standard' and that means the base,
and connectors are standardised
Look in amazon etc for 'EN 14604 mains powered'

Get one from local, see if it fits and take it back if it doesn't
As I say, they are simple beasts in terms of how they interface, and
replacing a base as well as the active unit is no big deal
