• EBUS powered adaptor problem

Hi, I bought one of these, delivered last week, and I would seem to be
having strange issues with it, so would welcome feedback....

I have it connected to my Vaillant boiler's ebus, linking boiler to the
    airing cupboad controller.

It's ebus powered, but has a USB-c socket, so it can be separaetely
powered. I got it plugged in configured with it's own unique address on
my LAN. Ping is 100% reliable.

Telnet> o esp-ebus.local 3334 should produce what I assume ought to be a continuous stream of gibberish, on my screen - it does, but only at rare
times. It was producing that gibberish for a couple of hours this
morning, then it stopped, and nothing since. This working and then not
working, is what I have witnessed for seveal days, since it arrived and
    I installed it.

When Telnet fails, the status web page becomes inacessible, as does the configuration webpage and everthing else in the device. Irrespective of
when it appears to be working or not - it has several LED light's on the device, and these appear to continutue twinkling as normal.

Suspecting the ebus might not have the surplus current to properly drive
it, I also tried powering it via the USB-c, which made no difference. My heating system, continues to operate as normal, completely unaffected by
    the device..
