Anyone using a digital multitrack recorder with GarageBand?

From D.M. Procida@21:1/5 to All on Sun Dec 18 22:26:23 2022

Devices like the BOSS BR-800 https://www.boss.info/uk/products/br-800/ and the Zoom R12 https://zoomcorp.com/en/gb/digital-mixer-multi-track-recorders/multi-track-recorders/r12/
apparently do a pretty good job of interfacing with software such as GarageBand.

I'd be interested to hear your experiences.

I think the Tascam equivalent products can't function as control surfaces.
