I have found a link to a version of EyeTV 4 (v 8528) that works
for me. I'm not sure that this is an official version as it comes
from RoaringApps and Mega (whom I've never heard of).
So, at your own risk, these are the links:

EyeTV 4 (8528) is official, sort of: it was released by Geniatech and then withdrawn shortly after, with no reason given. If you search the forums (https://eyetvforum.com, and that in itself is interesting as it used to be https://geniatech.eu/forum), you may find more information. But it looks as though the product is now dead in the water.

Sorry, it appears that the 8528 to which you linked is a newer version than
the 8528 which Geniatech originally released and then withdrew (and which actually appeared as 8527)! Having just upgraded to Ventura this afternoon, my old 8528 didn't work, but the new one does, so thank you! It's slightly concerning that Geniatech have used Mega for the download, rather than listing it on their own website, but I guess we must be thankful that it's available
at all!
