Bookmark syncing and managament

I’ve recently been looking at browser bookmarks again.
Up until now, I’ve been using Bookmacster to sync between browsers on my iMac, and then allow each browser to sync across devices using their own syncing services.
That’s becoming less of a viable solution as time passes, and I plan to remove my iMac at some point (either when it dies, or cannot function in my Apple ecosystem anymore).
I’ve been trialling some of the alternatives, mainly ones that use their
own online syncing systems.
I’m currently using/trialling Raindrop and BookmarkOS. So far they seem
quite good, although not as slick as using the browser’s bookmarks, I saved their tabs as Reading pages, so they are quick to access. That seems to be working ok.
My only concerns with each of those, is that I’m using a free subscription tier, which is offering all I need for now. Both are similar to upgrade to
a ‘pro’ account, but for my own justification, seem just a tad pricey for what they offer. But the concern always is that they’ll change the free
tier to force upgrades.
I like both, although I’m actually leaning toward BookmarksOS as my preference, it feels a little less cluttered to use. Raindrop does have
better native support in more devices, but also might have concerns about
being based in Russia (I’ve found comments about this, but no real evidence myself).
So, I’m a little undecided there at the moment. Overall there’s actually little difference in management or use.
So, apart from those, any other thoughts or suggestions for solutions here? Thinking about iPad/iPhone devices mainly, than can offer a way to save, manage, and open bookmarks from multiple browsers.
Cheers.
