According to Apple's release notes, ‌macOS Monterey‌ 12.5.1 improves the security of macOS and is recommended for all users. The update addresses
kernel and WebKit vulnerabilities that could lead to arbitrary code
execution. Apple says that it is aware that these vulnerabilities may have
been actively exploited in the wild, so it is important to update right
    away.

And for anyone using OpenCore Patcher it's now been updated for the
Kepler GPU machines (such as my 2013 iMac), and runs fine with the
    latest OS updates.

Apple today released watchOS 8.7.1, a minor update to the watchOS 8
operating system that launched in September 2021. watchOS 8.7.1 comes
a month after the launch of watchOS 8.7, and it focuses on bug fixes.
The watchOS 8.7.1 update is only available for Apple Watch Series 3
models, and those who have a newer Apple Watch will not see the
    update.
    ...
According to Apple's release notes for the update, watchOS 8.7.1
fixes a bug that could cause the Apple Watch Series 3 to unexpectedly
    restart for some users.

Fifty years ago one might have had problems with a watch that kept stopping; only now can we have problems with a watch that keeps starting.
