    I think the problem is that the latest request won’t display and the system creates an error message. Other topics seem to display OK.

    Yes, I had that problem too, and i think that Andre encountered it too. But I bypassed it by going direct to him.

    The attempts were left as inaccessible headings that could neither be opened nor deleted. Something is broken.
