Got an oddness on "Find My" on my iP7+ 15.5. If I click on "my devices"Sorted. A classic.... switch it off and on again :-)
it shows fine as "with you" at my home location.
However, on "People" - I am not there ! Other family members are
showing fine. I have rebooted the phone and Bluetooth off/on makes no difference. Was all fine a few days ago when last I looked.
Any ideas where to start poking around? Perhaps something I
inadvertently messed with in the cloud?
Thanks for any thoughts

Obviously you don’t exist. At least, not according to Apple, possibly because you’re still using an elderly iPhone. I have a somewhat newer iPad 6th gen, and occasionally it has Find My problems, typically fixed by force restarting Find My, or by restarting the iPad. My iPad Pro 2nd gen and my iPhone 12 don’t have. similar problems, so...
Restart the phone and the problem should go away until the next time, or until you get a new phone.
