By accident I found there's a setting on the iPhone whereby you can turn on Voice Isolation mode for phone calls, blocking out ambient noise.

Amazingly, this setting is only available during an actual phone call, which makes it hard to discover by chance since when I'm making a phone call my
phone is usually pressed against the side of my head.

Are there any other settings like this which can't be accessed from a menu or the Settings app?
