So Apple's Metal API v3 supports Apple Silicon GPUs, but also a few AMD
which is intriguing (because the Apple Silicon Mac Pro hasn't been shown
yet, and that's the only one that might ever use such a thing).
But Metal 3 also supports the Intel Iris HD 630, which is in.... the
2018 Mac Mini intel series. Wtf. I can't work out why they would.

is incomplete, and some other Mac with more obvious reasons to be
supported is actually why.
