I have been getting an error message in my backup log for a while and I
have been trying to discover the issue.
My main PC (Win 8.1) machine backs up to my QNAP overnight using
SmartSync Pro 4 and for one zip file and the extracted mp3 it won't copy
it to the QNAP saying "Access is Denied".
Can anybody steer me as to what I need to investigate please? With Windows
I can usually resolve something like this using "Take Ownership".

it a virus :-)
