I couldn't find my YUMI multiboot pen drive to install W10 on another
machine I'm playing with and that gave me the opportunity to try
'Ventoy', as recommended by SH of this parish. ;-)
https://www.ventoy.net/en/index.html
I happened to have a 32GB Sandisk pen drive empty so installed Ventoy on
it then just copied my W10 and W11 ISO images on it.
I then stuck the drive in the laptop, booted from it, was presented with
a menu showing the two Windows installer images and selected the W10 one.
It was quickly presented with the std W10 installer menu and from there
is was all pretty stock. ;-)
I have since tried a Linux Live desktop image (Ubuntu) and a couple of
the bootable utility CD's and all but my BartPE image worked first time
(I'll go back to that later).
So I'd say it's a must for anyone who plays with PC's and likes to have
a selection of tools / OS's on a few pen drives, for when we misplace
the one we want or leave it in the back of someones PC you are fixing.
<don't ask>. ;-)
