FULL RESET, with these cumulative changes:
1. [Reminders of June96 + 42 hcps] will be done gradually when
recipients are awake and in a receptive state but they won’t be
brought into such and won’t all get them at the same time,
2. [i.p. & i.b.p.t.s.r. & a.i.] will be done gradually when
recipients are awake and in a receptive state but they won’t be
brought into such and won’t all get it at the same time, and
3. a.s.c. (4) will go just to a.s.r. who are neutral or better as defined
by Goddess. This makes sense since minor criminal a.s..r would
have a guilty conscience if they are not following their healing
circle prescriptions, and I think it would be hard to have a guilty
conscience and centred clarity with +2 mood at the same time.
With that in mind I began a new attempt at 5:00 p.m. (D-moon).
I may abandon the attempt if I have no new hits on my mystic
page by midnight.
I won’t post updates unless someone asks me to do so, but you
can assume that I am proceeding as in the “International Day
of Human Fraternity” thread, with changes noted since then,
and referring to the Glossary and Recent Changes sections
of my Salmon on the Thorns web page, though that is as
up to date as these groups and I have no plans to update it
until I have some evidence of success.
