    据知情人士透露，Facebook所有者Meta Platforms (META)因向美国发送用户信息而被欧盟隐私监管机构罚款13亿美元，创下了欧盟的纪录。

    这项裁决将增大美国政府敲定一项协议的压力，该协议将允许Meta和数以千计的跨国公司继续向美国本土发送此类信息。预计这项裁决将在周一晚些时候公布。
