    The Russians are just trying to help the USA clean up the
    dirtiest most unsanitary city in the entire country.

    Nobody would care if San Francisco and the surrounding bay area
    were completely wiped off the map.

    It's okay if they take out Portland, Chicago, and Seattle too.
