So... we're barely started and already Rudy has admitted to 2 criminal acts needed to survive here under unlawful presence.. unless of course we are to believe they are all "independently wealthy.. at which point keeping your
visa up to date wouldn’t be an issue.
The best part about Rudy isn't his ignorance.. it's his willingness to show
it off to the world. Feed him enough rope and he will always hang himself.
Rudy has thus already admitted unlawful presence in almost all cases results
in the commission of crime. But not just any type of crime but crimes that
can land you in jail. Which are know as criminal law.
