After clashes on Friday and Saturday between federal officers and
protesters, National Guard guard troops have arrived in Los Angeles.

US President Donald Trump, though, sees aggressive immigration enforcement

As officials gear up, external for any further escalation today,
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is blaming the LA Police
Department (LAPD) for a slow response to Friday�s protests - the LAPD
denies this
Defence officials have told CBS News that active-duty marines could be
called up if tensions escalate, with several hundred having been told to prepare for deployment
