Nope. That's someone else using the Phil Hendrie character "Rudy Canoza" as a pseudonym, and his profile picture is a photo of Hendrie himself. I've never worked as a real estate appraiser, and I've never spent time in Visalia. Back when I lived in California, I drove through Visalia a handful of times when driving up CA 99 to Fresno. I never got off the freeway there.
