TULSA, OK -- A 17-year-old Tulsa teen is in the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first degree rape and robbery.

Tulsa Police say Devante Norton was arrested Tuesday afternoon after he told officers he sexually assaulted a 52-year-old woman late Monday.

Norton also stole the woman's money along with a necklace and earrings.

Police say Norton had briefly chatted with the woman before returning to assault her.
