Free money is what billionaires get with Trump's tax
cuts. Borrowing from future income is what the Democrats do
when they print money. But if the workers cannot spend money
the rest of the economy will collapse. If the billionaires
gave all the money they have earned just during the
Trump/Covid-19 pandemic and economic crisis to the poor they
would greatly help the economy. And all the billionaires
got much richer by hundreds of millions of dollars but of
course Trump did not as he has to depend on donations from
his cultist since he bankrupted his businesses and if he
stayed in power would bankrupt the USA. Ask the New Yorkers
whom he swindled, the contractors whom he did not pay, the
plasters he imported from Poland who did not get paid.
Taxes are the way the elected represenatives of the
People the citizens who are supposed to be the rulers of of
the USA extract money from the very well off who do not feel
inclinced to monetary support of charity.
Biden intends to go easy on the very Well off only
increasing taxes on people paid or earning over $400.000 per year.
He intends to go to no more than 40-41% taxes on people earning
higher incomes.
I hope that he will tax investment income at the same
rate as earned income.
Personally I would hit them much harder with exemptions
to the taxes on the basis of employee income or investment in
government bonds. If you don't see the point of buying bonds
it would help retard inflation which destroys the value of money;
I would restrict wages at the top to a multiple of the income
at the bottom. Say 10 times. A worker could get $100,000/per
year and the CEO could have a cool million. or at 5 times the
worker could have $200,000 and the CEO that same million.
I believe in government bonds and was lucky enough to
buy them though the Social Security program with payday deduction
so that now I have enough to live on. Not as well as I would like
but I have highly expensive hobbies in my old age just as I had in
my working life.

Well if you find the use of cannabis fraught with poor judgement
then how do you account for Trump's backing by so many right wing
extremists. I personally assume that over-consumption of alcoholic
beverage or over indulgence in HS football with the accompanying brain
damage would do enough that it might account for popularity of
a man totally disconnected from political reality when he lies about
the Corona Virus pandemic and gives tax cuts to the people with the
largest incomes. By the way if that bill comes due the people with
the lowest taxable incomes will be paying. That is the way the
Republicans wrote the tax bill.
Now perhaps all of Trump's support is comming from people
with millions of dollars a year coming in from their drug dealing
and money laundering. They order out their underlings, henchmen and
the others they have in their gangs so that progress is impeded.
Reality is pretty rough on many people with chronic pain and
other problems like epilepsy. Taking drugs to cope with that reality
might be acceptable to you or not but who gives a damn what Harry
Shapiro had to say. The only thing drugs had to do with popular
music was to make it easier for the artists to enduce the pain of
their lives on the road. At one point all of us are young and
foolish and will pursue making money by art to the point of
self-destructive acts of various potencies. "Drugs" is a poor
classification of substances from Chocolate to Fentanyl. The
intermedicate stages include THC, LSD, Mescaline, Psylocibin,
aspirin, amphetamines, cocanine, codiene, morphine. The effects
are really different across the category "drugs" from cough
suppression to hallucinatory experience that may relieve undue
social pressure.
The so-called psychedelics are now in the process of
being legalized to treat PTSS and Depression. Well reality
intrudes on the digital and I have go get my laundry.
