EV tech may eventually be OK ... twenty years
or so once much better battery/charge tech
finally arrives.
But not NOW.
Want an EV, nobody's stopping you from buying
one (unlike the greenie-left/Greta theme).
But, you probably SHOULDN'T.
As for Volvo - suck up to the 'PC' and you
SUFFER.
I'd actually looked into fitting a Volvo
marine/industrial diesel into a smallish
US chassis ... CAN be done, a couple of
adapters. BUT, it'd be a lot easier to
buy a new gas/diesel Volvo. Wasn't looking
for 'race car' - just simple/efficient/
ultra-reliable.
The electronics ... I can do that, it'd
be fun.
