    The NWS and others do suspect a stationary front
    over north Florida may spawn a tropical storm.

    If so, it will track over north Florida, out into
    the Atlantic, and then possibly impact the Carolinas.

    There have been cut-backs at the NWS ... look to
    Euro weather sites for the latest/best info.
