  • WHO To Believe About Iran Nuke Sites ?

    Seems like every level/department even remotely
    involved has a different opinion. There are Trump
    haters who will claim a total miss, Trump supporters
    who will claim a total knock-out, and others kind of
    in-between.

    The old phrase "fog of war" is clearly involved.

    At the very least, the US strikes SET BACK the
    Iranian program. The centrifuges used to enrich
    are very delicate precision devices and even a
    near hit will have ruined them. How much high-
    grade uranium Iran may have evacuated from these
    sites before the attacks - hard to say and Iran
    isn't going to admit anything.

    It is going to take extensive on-the-ground
    investigations - ie SPIES - to really be sure
    how much was achieved and in what dimensions.

    For political reasons, the US can't blast Iran
    again so long as the ceasefire with Israel is
    holding. Not sure we'd know WHERE to blast at
    this moment.
