    Trump at least blasted the right places.

    However it's unclear how much high-grade uranium
    was evacuated BEFORE the attack. Likely they have
    enough to build a few 15kt bombs. Even at around
    60% it would be easy to build a sort of 'dirty
    bomb' that'd rain down radioactive nastiness.
