They're kinda ugly looking ... but apparently
functional.
10,000 per year amounts to a LOT of them very soon.
Perhaps the best use is for the ageing population.
Transport becomes a major issue - store, docs,
the usual must-go places.
Makes it cheap and simple and possibly more available
than human-driven taxis. CC number or something, or
even a monthly covers-all fee.
It WILL take a few years to determine how SAFE
they are. However human drivers are now SO bad
that the robots might actually be statistically
better .......
