. . .
There's been a stationary front across Florida for over
a week. This seems to have been spawned by that. IF
anything develops the area will be just northeast of
the coast, could drift into the Carolinas,
Unfortunately, nothing good has been worked out for
the FEMA situation. Nobody knows who is in charge
or what money/resources will be there if needed
this year. Individual states are slated to put
aside their own disaster funds rather than rely
solely on federal money - but that will take awhile.
Meanwhile Nature proceeds on its own schedule.
Florida has money out the ass, but a lot of other
states don't generate nearly as much revenue -
yet huge disaster can hit any of them - storms,
quakes, fires, industrial accidents ......
Alas FEMA had gone downhill ... partisan
factors affected it even down to the flooded
streets level "Skip the Trump-Sign Houses"
and maybe the worst screw-job was the huge
chem-train fire in East Palestine Ohio where
FEMA conspired with a few other of Joe's
agencies to LIE and IGNORE the poison stuff
permeating the area.
