restrictions)? The judge's ruling is pointless.
The judge just allowed the suit to proceed. There's a decent chance it will >succeed, because the standard of evidence necessary for civil suits is only >preponderance of the evidence (not beyond reasonable doubt).
We'll see where this goes. It will be a huge bonus for whosever side wins.
