Boeing ... a "DEI" disaster right now. Skill,
knowledge - irrelevant ... all depends on how
'brown' or how many letters you attach. Horrible.
    Ultra-DANGEROUS.

As for "StarShip" ... as I've posted recently
this is kind of an extreme "next leap" in
space tech. Do NOT expect it to go smoothly.
Musk/SpaceX *will* get it eventually, and
    it will really open-up space.

In August 2024, NASA announced that it would be
using SpaceX’s Dragon capsule to bring back the
astronauts in February 2025. In September, the
mission launched Crew-9 with NASA’s Nick Hague
and Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov, who
    successfully reached the International Space
Station on Sept. 29. The capsule was launched
with two empty seats for the crew, including
Williams and Wilmore, to return in February,
after being replaced on the space station by
astronauts from Crew-10. NASA officials said
late February was the earliest the crew could
return on SpaceX without interrupting other
    scheduled missions.

    https://www.space.com/space-exploration/international-space-station/musk-and-trump-just-repeated-inaccurate-claims-of-stranded-starliner-astronauts-nasa-and-the-astronauts-dont-agree

But Williams and Wilmore did not get "left in
space," as Trump and Musk have repeatedly
maintained, and neither offered any evidence
to support the claim of political interference.
And the "stranded" part doesn't hold up to
scrutiny, as NASA has long had a plan to bring
the duo home — and it already involves SpaceX.

“NASA has decided that Butch and Suni will
return with Crew-9 next February, and that
    Starliner will return uncrewed,” NASA
Administrator Bill Nelson said on Aug. 24.

So, who was president last August?

Who brought back those stranded astronauts that Biden couldn't get
    back again?

Musk did, eventually ... but Trump had to
kinda FORCE him to change mission priorities.

I have no reference to the second part of your answer but interesting
to note that Bradley couldn't even admit that Trump succeeded where
    Biden failed.

Trump didn't have a thing to do with it.

I distinctly remember a new clip with Trump saying
he'd kinda ordered Musk to move-up the return mission
because the two astronauts weren't looking so great.

Biden ... ok, his illegit proxies ... kept hoping
their beloved DEI Boeing could still save the day.

    Boeing is "beloved" by nobody,
esp the astronauts that it stranded
on the ISS. Even the people who work
    there hate it.

Boeing to avoid prosecution in US
    Justice Department deal over crashes
    May 24 2025

Boeing is set to enter into a non-
    prosecution agreement in the fatal
crashes of two 737 Max aircraft
    that killed hundreds, the US
    Department of Justice said.

The two crashes, in 2018 and 2019,
    left 346 people dead.
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c14kg0lj8k6o

    You didn't quote this part:

"As part of the deal, Boeing will avoid an upcoming fraud trial that
could have resulted in the US aviation giant and defence contractor
being labelled a felon. The deal includes the company admitting to obstructing federal aviation officials and paying $1.1 billion in
    fines.

The two crashes, in 2018 and 2019, left 346 people dead.

The government said it had conferred with families of crash victims,
and said many either supported or did not oppose the deal"

How do label a corporation a felon???

First, it's DIFFICULT, almost impossible, to label
a whole corp as a 'felon' - so FORGET that angle.

However INDIVIDUALS inside a corp CAN be prosecuted
for actions/policies that lead to disaster and death.
The whole corp CAN be sanctioned/fined and denied
    govt contracts.

Let's get real though, Boeing is TOO important to
destroy. It can be PUNISHED, it can be PRESSURED, but
not destroyed. You CAN get "Too Big To Cancel".

The leverage against Boeing - a corp - is FINANCIAL.
It can make good money, or not so much.

As for Musk's "StarShip" - it is mostly private
funding AND a "work in progress". A LOT of old
NASA rockets blew up. "StarShip" is a HUGE leap,
EXPECT it to take a few more years to get just
    right.

THEN - makes a LOT of space stuff a LOT easier.

A corporation is a legal person and can be convicted of a felony.
But you cannot imprison a business structure so the corporation

In August 2024, NASA announced that it would be
using SpaceX’s Dragon capsule to bring back the
astronauts in February 2025. In September, the
mission launched Crew-9 with NASA’s Nick Hague

with two empty seats for the crew, including
Williams and Wilmore, to return in February,
after being replaced on the space station by
astronauts from Crew-10. NASA officials said
late February was the earliest the crew could

Station on Sept. 29. The capsule was launched
with two empty seats for the crew, including
Williams and Wilmore, to return in February,
after being replaced on the space station by
astronauts from Crew-10. NASA officials said
late February was the earliest the crew could
return on SpaceX without interrupting other
    scheduled missions.

    https://www.space.com/space-exploration/international-space-station/musk-and-trump-just-repeated-inaccurate-claims-of-stranded-starliner-astronauts-nasa-and-the-astronauts-dont-agree

But Williams and Wilmore did not get "left in
space," as Trump and Musk have repeatedly
maintained, and neither offered any evidence
to support the claim of political interference.
And the "stranded" part doesn't hold up to
scrutiny, as NASA has long had a plan to bring
the duo home — and it already involves SpaceX.

“NASA has decided that Butch and Suni will
return with Crew-9 next February, and that
    Starliner will return uncrewed,” NASA
Administrator Bill Nelson said on Aug. 24.

So, who was president last August?

A corporation is a legal person and can be convicted of a felony. But
you cannot imprison a business structure so the corporation is fined and
    no human is held responsible.

Go after the CEOs, board of directors, etc and

Who brought back those stranded astronauts that Biden couldn't get
    back again?

Musk did, eventually ... but Trump had to
kinda FORCE him to change mission priorities.

I have no reference to the second part of your answer but interesting
to note that Bradley couldn't even admit that Trump succeeded where
    Biden failed.

If it happens under Biden (Boeing Starliner)
it is Biden's fault, if it happens under Trump
(Boeing crashes) the president is blameless.

Biden's failure to be able to arrange for the safe return of the
stranded astonauts is his failure. End of story.
