How is it that these immigrants are here legally?? I believe the
process is to go to the U.S. embassy and *APPLY* for the right to
immigrate to this country. The immigrants being removed were allowed by
Joe Biden because they lied about persecution in their home country.

If you traveled at all, you know that any country you enter will
determine if they want to let you in. Either by a visa or processing
through immigration services. Lie to them, and you will be refused. I
will close with one more bit of information: Most I visited wanted to
see a return airline ticket home *before* they would let a visitor in.

Yes, here is the court order that details everything that happened: ><https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.mad.282404/gov.uscourts.mad.282404.135.0.pdf>

Here is the summary of how they were denied due process.

    1 - A: General Background

This sets the stage. The Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C. 1101 >regulates the country which deportees can be deported to. It requires that >the deportees be sent to their country of origin, if possible. If not >possible, the government can send the deportees to a "third country"; >however, the government cannot send an individual to a country where (s)he
is likely to be tortured. The law sets up a way that deportees can claim
they qualify for this protection called a CAT claim.

    1 - B: Case Backrgound

The court issued a Preliminary Injunction against DHS because of
allegations of summary deportations without CAT-protection opportunities.

    1 - C: Present Issues

It turns out, DHS had actually deported those people without giving them
that opportunity. In addition, DHS deported them to South Sudan, a country >with a Class IV travel warning for Americans. All in all, the plaintiffs
had 16 hours, most of which were during the night, none of which were
during buisness hours, to demonstrate their need for CAT protection. The >court found DHS in violation of the inital Injuction.

There is absolutely no reason why the government should find a
paradise to send illegals to. If they're here illegally, they get
sent to whereever they are shipped.

So let me understand your "logic":

Prosecutors use illegal and unconstitutional practices to try to keep
Trump from the Presidency. Corrupt judges agree with the prosecutors
and Trump asserts his rights for justice and wins. Somehow you think
it's Trump dragging it out when he is in the right.

In short, if you believe that, you're a moron.

Laughter. These cases were dragged out by the judges and prosecutors
    for years

The cases were dragged out by Trump's lawyers, clueless.

So let me understand your "logic":

Prosecutors use illegal and unconstitutional practices to try to keep
    Trump from the Presidency.

    Didn't happen, you're hallucinating.

Corrupt judges agree with the prosecutors
and Trump asserts his rights for justice and wins.

    Didn't happen, you're hallucinating.

    Somehow you think
it's Trump dragging it out when he is in the right.

He wasn't "in the right" at all -- even if he's attempting to rewrite
    history lately. You're hallucinating.

Attempting to blackmail a US ally (Ukraine) into fabricating negative information about his political opposition in exchange for military
support wasn't being "in the right," it's a high crime and misdemeanor.

Inciting a riot at the US Capitol in an un-Constitutional attempt to
overthrow the will of the people and stay in office wasn't being "in
the right," it's a high crime and misdemeanor.

In short, if you believe that, you're a moron.

Although they were aided by Merrick "Limpdick" Garland who farted
around for a year or more before he got serious.

only to be told by the Supreme Court they were wrong all
    along.

With the help of three justices he appointed himself.

Laughter. You bring that up when he wins to prove that he's corrupt
but then you point to the same judges when they disagree with him.

Make up you damn mind: are they in his pocket or not?

When did I do the latter?

Now they've helped to turn him into a virtual king.

    Laughter.

    You ARE a moron.

You're an absolute gibbering idiot and Trump suck-up.

Maybe you enjoy being ruled over by an autocrat whose grift, corruption
and power grab is unprecedented in the history of the American
presidency (or you're too dumb to care one way or another) but a lot of
    us don't.

    Laughter.

I guess you preferred the government being run by unknown people

Pfffft. "Unknown people," huh. Who has just spent four months skulking
around in everyone's private government data, employed by some pushy
South African billionaire with a messiah complex who has no allegiance
to the US? And most of them aren't even old enough to drink.

    while Biden was completely senile.

Point to something substantial that was mishandled and directly
attributable to "senility." You'll try but you can't.

On the other hand look at the shitstorm Trump has caused in the US and
across the world the past four months.

    Your point is completely disproven.

Your president was investigated and impeached by the House for his high
    crimes and misdemeanors. Twice.

    And not convicted, hence innocent.

"Not convicted" (or not guilty) doesn't equate with "innocent." Even a dingleberry like you should be aware of that basic legal principle.

    Twice.

    Fool!

    Trump brown-nosing assclown.
