    Sarcasm noted. That's not how it works. Leadership and success are two
    of the myriad elements motivating high morale. Everybody likes to win.

    On the flip side of that, it's exactly why the Democrat Party is such a miserable mess of failures.

    They don't lead, they dictate, poorly.

    They issue conflicting and idiotic orders that kill morale and
    enthusiasm for whatever programs they're trying to sell. They take good
    ideas and totally fuck them up by bending to activist idiots instead of establishing distinct realistic achievable boundaries.

    Generally agree. They aren't "books" really - but
    'recruiting material', manuals.

    However it is DIFFICULT here - libraries are full of
    literature and some promote 'socialist' views and
    some 'fascist' views and some religious-fanatic views
    and, and, and ...

    If it was easy it'd have been worked out 9000 years ago.

    IMHO public libraries should NOT be censored however the material
    should be governed as age specific and the parents should have the
    final say.

    Libraries are casualties of social media, which is a shame because books
    as a whole tend to be more broadly useful and factual than some TikTok
    goofball with rainbow hair.

    Private institutions can do whatever they want.

    The military is another worm altogether.
    When you sign up for the military you are told something like

    "eat, shit, shower and shave", not just from Drill
    Sergeants/Instructors. Out in the FMF you'll hear the same from squad
    leaders and NCOs.

    That's just the way it works.
    And off topic woke books do not belong in military academies.

    Those who put them there fall in the categories, "Enemies, foreign and domestic". It's an intentional distraction to compromise military
    readiness.

    Dead wrong. You can try to lie about that, and following your general

    Lefties think folks who enter the military are somehow intellectually challenged. They couldn't be more wrong. We had to take tests that
    determined what our individual capabilities were for MOS assignment. Astoundingly, "country kids" typically beat "city kids" by an average of
    10-15 points on the ASVAB/GCT and other tests.

    Some who had higher scores went to military schools that were in fact accelerated college courses (On campus) that crammed three years into
    8-12 months. Those who passed spent an average of 16 hours a day during
    that time. Those who didn't and washed out were assigned duties
    commensurate with their efforts and desire to achieve. The eventual
    reward (Selective Reenlistment Bonus) could be $100,000+ for reenlisting
    when then first term is up.

    Those less fortunate went into the grunts, tanks, artillery (Tim Walz calibre...) transportation, others.

    Rgardless of what the eventual advanced skills were, the primary role
    was to kill bad guys first. Smart troops fight smarter and survive.
    Dumb ones think long / wrong and die without making a difference.
    Transgenders and their supporters fall into the latter by choice.
