Look ... this is a HARD one and there are no
easy all-encompassing answers.
A lot of people will just DIE HORRIBLY without
Medicaid. That includes as many red hats as
blue. A lot of people are CHEATING Medicaid.
HOW to trim the bad stuff ????? That'd take
CLOSE INVESTIGATION ... but such detail isn't
good politics either, just an infinite pit.
People PAY for MEDICARE their entire careers -
it's an INSURANCE POLICY - and they should
GET what they've paid for. MediCAID is a
little different.
