Cop Show - AMAZINGLY Paranoid Guy Asleep in Road Busted

This was an extreme case.
Cops called because some guy was kind of asleep
in the roadway.
VERY well-dressed 'black' man, maybe 35. Clearly
someone with the $$$ for tailored biz outfits.
Dunno WHAT he'd smoked - he was SO far out
there even this hippie-era guy can't pin
it down. Some new synthetic ???
Female cop finally wakes him up and his reaction
is INSTANT - hyper-defensive delusional bullshit.
First says he's a "native American" (not !) and
has a RIGHT to sleep in the road. This later
devolves into him saying he's a "tree person" and
then CIA so the cops have no right to touch him.
This all goes on for awhile.
Out Of His Fucking Mind.
The cops WERE pretty gentle, all in all. The
female cop kept trying to reason with him.
Eventually though several other cops showed
up and, given his continued mania, after awhile
they kind of circled in and swamped him. No
shooting or beating or anything. Apparently he
kept up his rants even AT the police dept.
Two key points - there ARE substances/issues
that make people go Totally Out Of Their
Fucking Minds. Second, the cops really AREN'T
necessarily overly-hard on 'black' guys. The
goal became to contain him ... the cops DID
that without getting violent. This guy, in
his state, just could NOT be out on the street.
I *think* this was S.Carolina, but can't be sure.
