    Large numbers in the UK were infected with HIV
    and Hep-C during the 80s because govt would not
    TEST the donated blood.

    JOE and friends - no doubt seeking to de-stigmatize
    those with HIV (how Woke of them !) - also allowed
    donations without tests for these 'forever' viruses.
    In the USA you are STILL at serious risk.

    So far, Trump hasn't gotten around to this - but SHOULD,
    very promptly.

    Save the HIV blood for people who already have HIV.

    Best I can figure here, the whole IDEA was to
    de-stig the infected fags/junkies by 'breeding'
    many more, turning otherwise smarter people into
    HIV cases.

    That's just EVIL.
