    Sorry, the USA was expressly designed to NOT be a theocracy.
    NO favored religions. The excesses of the C-of-E and HRCC
    guided The Founders to a very wise decision.

    "Ethics" - as a manifesto and school course - is the better
    way. It's based on empathy, what all humans feel, rather
    than any prescriptive religion.
