Apparently scripts/usage surged well beyond 'excessive'
during the Covid thing. Indeed there were SHORTAGES.
These ADHD drugs are basically SPEED ... lower-
grade meth. They are NOT good for the cardio
at all. It's been long documented that speed
freaks have mass quantities of blood vessel
abnormalities - yet the psychs diagnosed like
half the kiddies with ADHD and prescribed
these drugs from since they were in grade school.
The bill comes due.
Suspect it's gonna be a HUGE bill ...

These days, the drugs are handed out like candy. I grew up in the
60's and 70's and there were always hyperactive kids in class. These
days these same kids would have been handed some pill so the teacher
didn't have to deal with them.
And guess what?
At least 3 of them, that I remember, became leaders in their field.
Others I can sort of remember I lost track of so who knows.
Many of these kids are very intelligent which is why they are
hyperactive/ADD etc.
They are simply bored with the simple work that they can easily
complete and need to be challenged not drugged.
How do I know?
I know because I was one of them.
When I was in first and second grade I was always in trouble. I
would kick the boys
legs under the desks, talk in class, fidget and so forth.
My report cards were always E (for excellent) for subjects and
learning and mostly
red U (unsatisfactory) for behavior and stuff like that.
I was always in the "1" class which at the time was the smart class
though.
So when I hit 3rd grade my teacher Mr. Steinhardt figured this all
out. The school tested me and found out I was gifted and the reason
I was acting up was because I was bored because the work was too
easy.
So all of a sudden, myself and 4 boys were given extra work to do in
class and I
didn't have time to cause mischief.
Problem solved.
These days they probably would have tossed a bottle of pills my way.
Moving to the future, I skipped the 8th grade and graduated from a
high school for gifted kids which BTW the libtards want to abolish
because they claim the entrance exam is too hard for some people.
Yea right.
