Yep. And Trump is totally against states' right now. For one example, he wants the Feds to decide how to handle elections.

A lot of places now print you a customized ballot right
at the polling place. Those without ID/cred can get one
version - only local candidates - while those with ID/cred
get one with federal candidates too. Tech makes it easy.
