The earlier, oft-seen, incident was from 2004. This
is 2023 and involves four 'tic-tacs' - again rising
out of the ocean, maneuvering around impossibly, then
zooming off.
How many other such incidents that have never been
reported, who knows ?
Some claim a 'mothership' under the water, but there
is no evidence of that.
The latest incident was seen on infrared, radar and
by sailors.
In any case, these aren't just 'glitches' and nobody,
even China, can make anything like these.
So, they're HERE ... but don't seem interested in
socializing. By historical reports, 'they' have
been here for many thousands of years. If they
were gonna suck out our brains they'd have done
it by now ... so chill.
DO wish they'd drop a basic "Hi There" package
somewhere, Geneva maybe.
