Of late, the condemned have been offered a choice
of execution methods.
Some have chosen firing squads. The PROBLEM is
that the 'marksmen' seem to largely MISS the
heart - resulting in a slower, gruesome, death.
Maybe these perps deserve it ... but The State
kinda has to keep thing clean no matter HOW
vile the perps.
SOME have gone for nitrogen anoxia. In truth
this is probably cleanest ... almost instant
brain failure. The prob is that the rest of
the bod doesn't always know it's dead yet and
there are followup effects that LOOK bad.
Also, really ought to add like 10% carbon
monoxide.
Likely the best/quickest is ONE bullet
right through the head. LOOKS nasty alas.
Electric ... um no. Invented by Edison to
make Tesla look bad. SOME die kinda instantly
but too many you just kinda have to FRY.
Injection ... well ... a 100x overdose of
Fentanyl (and there are stronger now) will
sure as hell kill them. But again the bod
may not know it's dead yet - which LOOKS bad.
Guess a 'disintegration chamber' is needed ...
like 500,000 amps of power that just kinda
evaporates the perp in a big flash.
Keep vile perps alive forever ... hey ...
some of these people are REALLY REALLY
vile and don't deserve that.
Bad olde days ... they'd just take a big
sword or axe and cut their heads off in
the public square or maybe a slow hanging -
an 'object lesson'. Older badder days ...
maybe you don't want to know ... humans
have NO issues with cruelty .........
