Four U.S. Soldiers Found Dead After Training Exercise Near
    Belarusian Border

The soldiers are believed to have gotten trapped in their
vehicle after it became submerged in water.

The U.S. military said that the soldiers were riding in a
M88 Hercules armored recovery vehicle, which is a giant
armored tow truck designed to pull damaged tanks off the
    battlefield, when they went missing.

The vehicle was “discovered submerged in a body of water
in a training area after a search by U.S. Army, Lithuanian
Armed Forces and other Lithuanian authorities,” the statement
said. “Recovery efforts are underway by U.S. Army and Lithuanian
    Armed Forces and civilian agencies.”

    . . .

Apparently no warfare involved here ... they DROVE the
thing into the water - which was clearly a lot deeper
than they imagined. Shit, alas, happens.

The Baltics ARE now kinda the front line against Vlad.
He WANTS them, HATES them, and they're in a strategic
position too - inches from Finland and Poland. Vlad esp
wants a direct route to the Kaliningrad enclave/port.
Lithuania/Latvia are 'in the way'. The USA/EU/NATO
    *like* it that way.

But now never say US troops haven't died defending
    Lithuania.
